หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• ประสานงานกับเซลล์ในการดูแลลูกค้า ติดตาม และอัพเดทสินค้าใหม่ๆให้กับลูกค้า
• ช่วยเซลล์ทำนัดในการเข้าไปขายสินค้าให้กับกลุ่มลูกค้าเป้าหมาย
• ดูแลฐานลูกค้าปัจจุบันและรับออเดอร์ลูกค้า
• จัดตัวอย่างผลิตภัณฑ์ตามความต้องการของเซลล์
• แจ้งปัญหาให้ลูกค้าทราบถึงความล่าช้าหรือปัญหาที่คาดไม่ถึง
• ออกใบเสร็จ ใบเสนอราคา ใบส่งของให้กับลูกค้า
• บันทึกค่าใช้จ่าย (มีโปรแกรมสำหรับบันทึก)
• ดูแลเรื่องการวางบิลต่างๆ
• แพ็คและจัดส่งสินค้าอย่างถูกต้องและรวดเร็ว
• Responsible in cold calling the potential customers such as restaurants and hotels filling the salesperson schedule
• Provide exceptional after-sales support to current client
• Collaborate with sales representative with client follow up
• Issuing customer invoice, delivery note and receipt
• Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
• Coordinate with sales representative with filing important documents and communicating relevant information
• Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports
• Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
• Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
• Arrange product samples according to sales representative's request
• Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events

• At least 1 year experience in cold calling and telesales is required
• Well-organized, wise and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong interpersonal skills
• Intermediate level English
